Sereno recently announced more material referred to Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, apparently making it more clearly the largest theropod known, so I vote for it now.

I agree with Theropod. Also here's the source: dml.cmnh.org/2014Mar/msg00047.htmlThe new material apparently confirms that Spinosaurus was most likely the largest theropod.

We will never solve this mystery, a lot of new ideas and material come up. All 3 of them have a chance to be the largest found. It is now possible for a downsize of spinosaurus to happen very soon. I think the T. rex and Giganotosaurus are safe from any downsize as Giganotosaurus is fairly complete and T. rex is the most complete 12+ metre Theropod found.

No downsize for Spinosaurus is happening particularly soon, considering we have new material for Spinosaurus which, according to Sereno, will make it the largest theropod.

It actually might happen, but it is just more unlikely now due to the new material referred to by Sereno.

Its extremely possible for it to happen, Andrea cau has presented some very compelling evidence infavour of T. rex.
